"My goal, if I could, is to tie the record of state championships, which is three," Neelly said.
Neelly's brother Adam, who also competed in the state meet last year, was unable to compete due to a fractured foot he suffered in the Sumner County Championships.
"It's great to finish off my senior year like this," Watson said. "A lot of work went into it. It's a really tough race, but the competition makes it pretty easy, because there's not a lot of nerves once you get going."
Neelly's winning distance in 2013 was 167 7.
"It meant a lot to run here in my freshman year," Lewis said. "We beat our personal record, and it was a little unexpected for me to run as fast as we did."
