GOP rival Stephen's campaign praised the ad.
Brown stressed while the group is dedicated to opposing gay marriage, it's not the only issue on which the attack ad is based.
A poll from the Republican leaning Rasmussen Report last week had Lynch's standing in a horse race contest drop below 50 percent for the first time during his six years in office.
"But Lynch signed the gay marriage bill into law," the ad continues. "Now John Lynch wants another term. Send him a message.
Dubbed "Lynch lied," the ad accuses the popular, three term Democrat of breaking his word in supporting gay marriage, higher business taxes, additional state spending and an unbalanced budget.

"However, this is not the only time he has lied to voters," Brown said. and includes Lynch's words during speeches to the Legislature and during his 2008 re election campaign.
Supporters note Lynch has retained favorability ratings around 60 percent that place him among the most popular governors up for election this November.
"At a time when New Hampshire is in the middle of a recession and needs steady leadership, the state has gotten inconsistent direction at best from the governor. John Stephen's campaign is going to be built around telling people the truth, by talking about rolling up our sleeves to rein in spending so that Ghd Fix
began airing an attack ad against Gov. John Lynch on television outlets statewide.
"New Hampshire residents were shocked last year when they learned that Gov. Lynch had been lying to them about his position on gay marriage," said Brian Brown, NOM's executive director. "Even though he promised voters when he ran for office that he did not support gay marriage, Lynch signed same sex marriage legislation into law."
"Our opponents don't like what we are saying and filing baseless ethics complaints is part and parcel of what they try to do to silence us, but it won't work," Brown said.
Brown said Maine Beats By Dre Diamond is the only state where critics have filed an ethics complaint against his group.
"This is a right wing group out of New Jersey that is ignoring New Hampshire law and spreading outrageous and deliberate lies in an effort to push a message of hate and discrimination," Buckley said in a statement. "This out of state group is lying in a desperate attempt to distract voters from John Stephen's ethical transgressions and financial mismanagement because they know he believes in their agenda of hate and discrimination," Buckley said.
Buckley claimed Lynch's management skills overwhelm Stephen's financial record as a state manager and accused NOM of making the false statements.
The group also helped bankroll ads last year with NH based Cornerstone Policy Research urging Lynch to veto the gay marriage law. Lynch ultimately signed the bill once it was changed to exempt religious group employees from having to take part in same sex marriage ceremonies.
The tape rolls on Lynch's last campaign debate on WMUR in which the governor said, "I do not support gay marriage."
"This ad points out a disturbing trend that we have seen from Gov. Lynch of saying one thing and doing another," said Communications Director Greg Moore.
Lynch led Republican candidate John Stephen, the former Health and Human Services commissioner, 47 percent to 37 percent, in the poll.
"His approval ratings are dropping like a rock because voters can see they were misled on all these issues," Brown continued. "We expect this ad will help focus New Hampshire on the real record of Gov. Lynch and hold him to account for his positions."
